My sessions with Nick & Bear Bones Boxing started out as an experiment, quickly became my primary outlet and exercise during the CV19 period, and now is as consistent and critical (mental/physical) health as water or air.
 
 I appreciate Nick for both his professionalism and personality. We shift from intense, aggressive workouts with highly technical skill work to light and fun "let's just get a sweat" sessions w/ ease.
 
Each session is fun, challenging, and varied. They are specifically tailored to me, but also to the day or week I have been having. Its awesome...give BBB a try, you wont regret it.
